With so many types of lights and the infinite number of setup combinations, studio lighting could be the subject of a book. In fact, there are several books dedicated to just that. In recent years there have been some advancements in technology that allow for brighter, cheaper LEDs. This has allowed for LED Light panels - a large number of bright LEDs grouped together like a single light.
